So, I recently visited a Paytm kyc centre to do full kyc of my Paytm account but they were charging 50rs to do full kyc but as per Paytm rules they can't charge me for it as they are paid by Paytm for each kyc. Now I want to complain against the shop for it... How and where should I do that?

The thing with me is that I can't do ekyc as my pan doesn't have father's name which is mandatory to do e-kyc.

Recently they started charging people.

Back in early 2022 I had called a few different centers until I found one that wasn't charging anything. I had already informed Paytm customer service as well. The nearest one had the audacity to demand Rs 200.

I had paid via Paytm wallet and reported the incident to Paytm. Don't think they took any action against the centre but had refunded the amount.

Been 3-4 years though.
