I got it last week or so. Didn’t ask for PAN but did ask to update profile.
Didn’t ask to furnish any documents, just filled in the details.

Contact via twitter .
Besides there are separate contact numbers on Paytm app for Paytm payment bank customers.
You can go to (1) Click 24*7 help & support on sidebar—-(2) Scroll down to bottom of page & click on contact 24*7 help— (3) Various contact numbers of Paytm customer support are displayed.
01204456456 is the contact no for bank, wallet & payments enquiry. (Sorry can’t share the screenshot because Paytm don’t allow it).
After my main Paytm account was placed under credit freeze I had updated KYC offline but it wasn't sufficient by itself. So I contacted customer care on Twitter following which they sent a letter ( to the address mentioned in my Aadhaar and not to my current one ) which contained a QR code which had to be scanned in the Paytm app for the KYC update process to finally complete. No tracking info will be provided even if one requests it.
