Paytm login issue

Not able to login in paytm dual app (redmi)… sim verification failing and also not fetching the otp which is received.
But the same phone number am able to login on Normal app i.e but not on dual app..
Any solution.. happen from may 2

Use second space if u are using redmi .. all are working fine..

Yea same here
Otp coming on dual appp but not reading the OTP neither we can enter manually
