paytm mall free gift call received (Scam Alert)

I too received a fraud call from 7033280396 saying that I have won a Mahindra Scorpio and to register for it, I’ll have to pay 6900.

I too received a call from 8527036817, saying that you have won cash amount worth Rs45k or a Dell laptop or a Mahindra scooty. I just have to order product worth Rs 3500 in which if I order through paytm they will give 30% cashback, through debit/credit card they will give 45% cashback, through netbanking they will give 60% cashback. Then they transferred my call to their account section and the person asked to give him my card no. and he didn’t need my pin for transaction but I said that I will pay through paytm, he said that our servers are slow so your transaction will get cancelled. They even gave me the order I’d:4991226469

+919062391550 got a call from this no. And said you have to purchase a item worth 3000 and gift voucher will be send to you

Got today call from +91 88 81 124837 was saying calling from paytm mall. That i have won the gift as a lucky customer. When i said that you dont look genuine, he told me the transaction id of the order on which i selected as a lucky customer and my address where it was delivered. He asked me to shop for 4000 today to get the gift. Thank you guys for sharing the info. But dont understand how they are getting our personal data even the order details etc.

i also got a call from 09674178581 this no. saying that they are from paytm Mall. I had bought some product 2 months earlier from paytm mall & i had been the selected one of 10 lucky customer… Then they tol out of 5 gifts i can choose anyone its between range of 30-40K.. Bu for that i needto make a shopping on paytm mall. I just needto add the product in the cart for 5K and then the team wil make order on my behalf from paytm mall using the paytm UPI…. I sensed they are fraud so i didnt made the payment… They are kept on calling me… But i didnt answer…. then after some time they stopped calling me… Pls people aware of this kind if fraudsters…..

I just get this type of phone call they are offering me 5 prices in which i can choose one n there is cond tht i shopped from patym mall about 4000 rs.. wht to do??

I received a call from paytm customer service that I have been selected as lucky customer with gift to choose from 4 things.i have been asked to add items up to Rs 3000 in cart and I added.I made payment of Rs 3000.Then after sometime I called back to same no.It was now switch off .Soon I realized my mistake.Is there any way to get my money back and any action can be taken against these fraudsters.?If any body can help me

Recd a call today, luckily no response from other side. Checked on true caller shows as paytm scam.

Yesterday I received 2 calls, instantly I knew this was scam so I ignored and disconnected.
Now that so meny people placed so meny orders in Paytm I think more awareness is required.
Please beware and don’t make any payments to such scamsters.

same thing happened today with me, got a call they said me that i have made a purchase , i asked him ok i did that purchase but can you confirm the date when did i ordered , they failed to tell but they confidently told the order number, than i asked them for any written document or e-mail after that they disconnected.

Today again received such fake call from 1 girl claiming from Paytm. Mobile number +919667593036 And told all that blah blah blah. And gave me 4 options of gift which I won. I told her “tell me name of the expensive gift so I can take that." She told me the expensive gift is gold chain of 9 grams.i told her there is another expensive gift which she can give me." That is your c**t." (you know dimers, what I mean) after that she disconnected the call.

I think our data is licked out by courier service. As courier takes entire data before they ship the order. And in one click all data can be copied in pen drive. And any computer operator can copy this data if he is getting some amount from such fraudsters.

please guys help me i have also received this type of call but i did not believe then he called another time and made me believe that they were from paytm so i bought a product worth Rs 4000 and paid them through paytm wallet to bank account and they made me pay more Rs 9800 for GST taxes and then Rs 7400 for Insurance. But after reading all the comments i think its a fraud but dont know what to do now please help me with this. They said they will give the bill and docket no. by tomorrow so help me what should i do now. Should i register a complaint in police or not. I paid all the money because i was in a trap as i had made 1st payment already then i was forced to pay all the amount.

i got call from this number 9874844683 and they said from paytm mall and also all the above stuff….its fraud activities. paytm authorites should you take actions against these frauds…..

I got similar phone call from 9721397906 (Paytm mall). that guy had all my purchase history. It seems paytm is really leaking the customer info.
