Paytm mall is fraud

Paytm mall is a fraud company selling defective products.. I bought inalsa food processor which is defective and they are not even picking it up when I raised the return request.. everyday they send message it wil be picked today but nobody turns up.. worst thing they closed my return request saying courier person attempted multiple times and I declined to return the product.. their customer support is also pathetic with no updates and control over anything.. please don’t get lured by their lucrative cash back offers as they are selling fake products and cheating the customers
