Hi i recently transacted on myntra with paytm wallet for 1549. I used myncash on my order and now I’m not seeing any scratch card in paytm for rs 150. Usually there is upcoming cashback but i cannot see anything. Customer service says if you use myncash it’s not eligible for offer. Has anyone ordered from Paytm wallet on myntra with myncash and can see upcoming 150 cashback? Please reply and help me.

So i guess it didn’t get applied since they say the whole amount should be paid with wallet. Should have mentioned about myncash stupid Paytm.

Paytm does not know if you use myncash or not
Just raise ticket on Paytm
Whoever you talked to doesn’t understand and gave you some standard tnc

How to raise ticket on Paytm regarding scratch card. I raised a ticket regarding transaction and it was only giving spefic automated FAQs

Transaction done on 20th. Got scratch card same day but not yet credited to wallet. Still pending. Seems like they will credit only after Myntra return period is over

Ordered using Paytm + myncash + coupon…got 150rs scratch card …cb will be credited within 30 days
