Paytm not allowing amex card for add money

I & my friend not able to add money in paytm through amex card. I added just 2 days back in paytm through amex. But today not allowing it. Also my amex card was saved in paytm, they are not showing it either.
Anyone also facing same problem? Any update regarding this?
This is not merchant account. It is Full KYC account & used genuinely till today…

Even I was able to use Amex card 2 days before but RBI has issued guidelines that no foreign prepaid cards can be used to add payment in paytm or phonepe or any other indian wallet.

At times they don’t allow, wait for a day or two everything will be fine.
I had similar issue then I used paytm postpaid for payment and repaid with amex on same day.
