Payment made on Fk on 4th for 1.2K , transaction shows as successful but failed at Fks end
Gave all proof to paytm via twitter , after that they went silent from 6th
Anywhere to complaint against these cheaters ?
There is an option in paytm app itself (on menu>24x7 help).. Type in your concern with screenshot they will respond you within 24hrs..
Ps: DON’T PAY WITH PAYTM ANYMORE.. PERSONAL ADVICE.

They are not letting to dispute it as it says transaction was successful

Take in writing from them ie email/msg reply. And show that to both parties. If no action go to pgportal file case.
