My account is also on hold. When i complained about it to the customer care I got this reply:
“Dear Customer, Please don’t worry, this hold is a good thing. You are one of our distinguished customers and we are upgrading your account. Since upgrade is taking some time, account is on hold.”

mine and my wife’s account are fully kycd with 3k and 13k balances. always paid before bill generation. only used it for convenience

My account is also on hold even when i have done full KYC. They are upgrading me and asking me to do Cibil verification which i am not interested in. As everytime you pull Cibil score it reduces points. I had a 10k limit and i am happy with the same. i do not know why they are doing this.
