from a week i was getting this error while placing order
so i complained them and got this reply
" Our system has flagged your account indicating you have taken advantage of the promocodes to inappropriately earn cashback. These promocodes are approved to be used for personal use and not to place bulk orders. Our system has put you on hold on carrying out any further transactions on Paytm.com. For more information regarding our use of promocodes, see [here] (https://paytm.com...ms)
We hope you can understand that these security features need to be built in to prevent misuse of our services and to prevent users from creating accounts for the sole purpose of taking benefit from the promo schemes
In such a scenario, money transfer to bank feature is available so we would advise you to use the service and transfer money to your bank account in next 7 days, post that system will put your account on permanent hold. "
getting such error in my both primary paytm accounts from which i buy clothing electronics home and kitchen gifts and sweets
no error in my fake accounts....
is anyone else facing same issue

i m facing same problem……from last 1.5 month …and at last found the reason that they are tracking our address…..if we put same name and same address in all accounts they block all our transaction…u can transfer money or use it at domino’s or other site where paytm can be use….
my all primary acc was blocked….just created 1 new and added my old address in it and ordered product then its blocked!!!!

@ritika1956 its a clear indication that they have flagged ur primary accounts for abusing their promo offers and will block them very soon so very first thing u have to care about is to transfer ur money to some other PayTM account. Now, reason for flagging ur primary accounts could be like that u have had used same address for most of ur purchases and system easily identified that while ur other fake accounts were remain unaffected coz of inactivity.
