Paytm stop electricity/utility bill payments through wallet

After updating to the latest verso5on Android app… found that now we cant pay electricity or utility bills on paytm using wallet money.
It is written on a note on Add money page that
" You cannot pay electricity/utility bills via waller. Please pay directly using debit,credit card or UPi.
