I'm see in Paytm tution fees pay via credit card 30000 above payment for 50000 points cash back offer.i'm pay via Amazon ICICI credit card I'm eligible for 1% cash back offer? Any other charges for this transaction in Amazon ICICI card?.I'm new for amazon card

It will mostly be counted as rent payment.. And icici will charge additional 1% for rent payments..... Plus paytm will charge 2-4%...

Yes. Icici dint say anything about not getting reward point. They didn't devalue the card but added extra charge+gst though that is own kind of devaluation .
