Payumoney hack.need suggestions

I see that payumoney wallet is one of the worst in security and customer info can leak anywhere.. well this happened in late 2015 and 2016 my rs2000 got hacked by someone in gift xoxo by using his aol id and i never received any otp or transaction sms from payumoney and on contacting patu they ask me to check with cyber police and i was fighting with them since then and i requested for cc block.from.hdfc and i never received still now as i was out Of india till 6 months back. I spoke.to superiors from payumoney with no luck and i filed csir for which I was called to police station last year which I couldn’t as i was OOI. I decide to continue this fight and i can’t login to payu and hdfc either ..
Please help me how can I proceed now

You are supposed to contact the website/business owner, where your CC was used to buy goods.
I don’t think, you can blame PayUMoney. It is just payment gateway, a middle man between the CC and the website owner.
Why didn’t u email or inform them that u are out of India?
