HDFC and non HDFC debit cards to wallet 0 charges remains the same but for CC it has increased from 1.5% to 2.5%

Yes. But for acc transfer, payzap wallet is not showing enabled. It says only for merchant payment 
As soon as someone finds a method to rotate "with a profit", they will end this feature of wallet to bank transfer

Below are changes in tariff of charges and product features/benefits that will be applicable:
1st January 2025.
• Core Reward Points (RP) will not be offered for wallet loading transaction (MCC’s 6539,6540, 6541, 6542).
• 1% processing fees will be levied on Wallet loading Transactions (MCC’s 6539, 6540, 6541,6542)
