If you see this issue only on your wifi but not on mobile data then your local isp/server(assuming it is some organization wifi) is doing some kind of tempering with traffic(some https scanning software or some ad/promotional offer injection in web pages). It may also be due to rooted mobile/magisk module. Worst case scenario, your mobile is infected with malware.

U need to remove some permission(restore to original) in developer mode.

Finally issue settled by itself.
