Payzapp - Payment Authorization Failed

I am facing weird issue in Payzapp
I have INR 800 in it and every damn payment is failing due to error (payment authorization failed).
Recharge, Elec Bill, Fastag everything is failing.
Payments through payzapp cards are failing.
Payzapp inapp payments on apps like BigBasket are failing.
What the hell is this error and how to resolve it?

Pretty sure I havent reached 10k monthly limit.
I have just used around 5k
Transactions were successful till Sept 2nd dont know what happened after that.
How to check for kyc expiry, in profile it shows that I am a min KYC customer

When i try mobile recharge or else its says account not debited but upi transfer working whats that ?
