I’m building a PC primarily for 3D architectural
work, using software like 3ds Max, D5, V-Ray, Photoshop, After
Effects, and Premiere Pro. I’ve shortlisted the following components for
my build and would appreciate your help in finalizing the configuration
or suggesting alternatives:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
- Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk X870
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Super
- Cabinet: AeroCool Mirage ARGB Mid Tower Case (MIRAGEBK)
- RAM: DDR5 6000 MHz (from G.Skill or ADATA XPG)
- SSD: NVMe Samsung Pro 990
- Cooler: 360mm liquid cooler (brand/model not decided yet)
Please let me know if this setup is well-suited for my workload or if there are better options I should consider.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

nvidia removed difference between gaming and quadro years ago now everyone buy gaming gpus for work and vice versa
btw all depends on budget and the workstation GPUs are more costly than gaming ones especially in India
just checked for one - 3ds Max for System requirements
2) How long are you going to use it for before partially or fully upgrading it?
3) Are you going to use it for your your own business? Recover the cost from tax as business expenses. (( Just curious))
@Dealcharmer
Quite an overkill, I'd say. But it'll be futureproof, that's for sure.
4070 Ti Super is a gaming GPU and for work i.e., for a professional workstation, you have the RTX/Quadro GPUs from nVidia which are more suited for 3d related work like AutoCAD/Solidworks etc.
I would suggest trying your software on some 4070 Ti PCs (if you can) like friend's or PC build shops. Also these software should also have the Required Hardware page on their website which you can check for min CPU/GPU
