People Using Win 10 do you need External Antivirus & Firewall Softwares

Once this was never a question and everyone has to invest on buying good security software for protection.
The question now is Do we need them now? does a normal home user need these external Softwares?
The Microsoft Defender does a pretty good job for security, antivirus without resource hogging so in current day situation I feel we do not need an external software for protection
How does everyone feel????

no if you dont ⛔ used parated movie software or others thing
Windows defender does the job. Scan occasionally with malwarebytes.
I use Kaspersky free security cloud which also does the job.
That depends on what stuff you use on the machine.
For a Normal/ Smart user, AVs are useless. You’ll only need it if you do stuff your machine doesn’t love to. 
If you know what you are doing , then no need of av at all. Firewall will do enough
Completely agree on this. Responsible browsing habits should be made part of the educational curriculum.

Not unless you are being very stupid.
The inbuilt Defender is pretty good only if you don’t push it to it’s limits.
I have one desktop and one laptop with no antivirus in either one of them. Using them from past 5 years now. No problems whatsoever.
