I bought a winter leather jacket from pepejeans showroom last winter . Use it for few days of last winter as I have more jackets and sweaters and kept in almirah.but when I took it out its skin was out at collar and near arms…I complained on Twitter and mailed them but now reply…then I approached showroom,they complained on my behalf but got rejection saying improper handling/storage…I have 2009 year jeans and t shirt nicely maintained..so point of improper handling and storage is ruled out ..now they are not replying ..they never replied also on mail/Twitter…now what should I do… jacket costed me nearly 5000 …just for few days of winter…

That’s what happens to leather goods. It’s not your mistake nor is pepe’s mistake. There are many precautions that are needed to store leather jackets well if one wants to avoid peeling issues of leather.
