Person to Person UPI transaction charges

Recently my bank (ICICI) charged me with INR 103.25 as Person to Person UPI charge for the month of June 2020. Any suggestion by which I can avoid these charges?
There is a cap of 20 free person to person UPI transactions post which I will be charged INR 2.20 for each transaction UPI P2P transaction below INR 1000 and INR 5 for each transaction above INR 1000.
I use to send money daily 2 times from one amazon account to another for availing the daily cashback on money transfer and scan & pay in amazon.
Also, if I send money to PAYTM MERCHANT (which I have enrolled myself in), will I be charged with these transaction charge?
Please help.Need guidance.
