I received a phishing sms just now as below which almost exactly looks like sbi website
Dear SBI USER, A/C will be blocked today Update PANCARD for KYC Verify login yono. with.Netbanking Click

Is there any way we can spam the form unlimited times so that website uska bandh ho jaye?
I myself entered many junk values but need something like an automated script

You can, but it will just add some junk in the database and might make the site slow during your submissions.
We as a user, can't do much other than reporting to registrar. Even after that, it is just a another domain mask, they've got hundreds of it.

Domain registrar was Mark monitor to which I also complained yesterday. Anyway site has been taken down now.
