one thing i can say is that, even if you give a sealed pack for replacement Flipkart guys will find some flaw.
they will press your phone with force and then say “see can you see it flexing. hence, REJECTED”
i exchanged my phone on FK with a physical FP scanner and there was a paint chip on the FP scanner which was a known QC issue but it worked absolutely fine. i knew that the paint chip would stick out like a sore thumb. so used a precision knife and removed the entire paint off the fp scanner and now it looked proper black and matched the black color of the phone and still worked absolutely fine. got full replacement value.

Recently exchanged on Amazon was a smooth experience.
