Why 15-20k phone for elders doing very basic stuff with possibility of phone falling and subsequent repairs - expensive if it is AMOLED screen

I got my parents a POCO M5 for 7K last Diwali. They just use it for day to day stuff and very happy with it. My father has dropped it a couple of times but thankfully no damage.

Don't go for motorola. They don't let us record calls anonymously. Senior citizens may tap a button during call by mistake and started recording calls. The person on the other end will know and may have a bad/wrong impression.

very strange logic.

L.N. Mittal could have spent much less on Vanisha's wedding.. given that so many marriages do not even last that long.

Samsung F14 (5G) is the perfect choice, if you want amoled go for F15 (5G) or F34 (5G) but no recommended as fractures will cost more. Don't go beyond this price range, please give them a lower range samsung phone, they will enjoy it.

If you are okay with 4G then go for M14 (4G).

under 15k is also fine as long as it doesn't cause issue. realme is having mic issue and needs to be restarted to fix which my father cannot do. stock android with min 5000/6000 mah battery
