Phonepe account blocked

some days ago when i open the app, it didn't opened, it says your account is blocked, i raised a ticket to unblock

and got the reply that due to violation of our t&c your account is blocked and we can't unblock it.

also when i asked about exact violation they are not telling, they are giving vague answer..

anyone faced similar problem ?

i really don't care but many people directly send money via phonpe
i never use phonepe for payment but only for recieving payments sometimes

I think it will still come in the account set as default before it was blocked.

no, as my account is blocked no one can pay me via phonepe..

i don't think we can complain about account blocking, as phonepe clearly said due to violation of t&c, they blocked my account,
even i complain to rbi for exact reason for blocking, they will still say due to their t&c..

At least they r bound to give a valid reason, no? Otherwise someone could make the same mistake twice

With new update people can still pay from phonepe to your number as long as it is set up for upi in any other app.

In phonepe contacts people are now marked as either using phonepe or simply UPI and it allows you to pay then directly through phone number, 

So if your only reason for using phonepe was receiving money, you don't need it anymore.

this is the only thing nowadays that i don't like about banks or fintech companies..
they will just say due to internal policies or t&c and thats all..

even rbi ombudsman can't help in this case, previously i raised a complaint to rbi about disclosure for credit card application rejection for sc card but no help. at last they just said that it's banks policy they can't disclose. same case with bobcard 1.5 years back..
