Phonepe is not Refunding my money what should i do?

Already done from 1st day, They Call us and ask to wait 7 days more.
Just request call back from app. They will call u and yr queries will be sorted out.
This is common, happens on all ewallets and sites, they will refund u not to worry.
Bro Today 30 Days are Over and No Refund yet + No proper reply.

Same thing happened to me, the amount was not instantly reversed. I tried contacting Phonepe they said if transaction fails the amount gets directly credited back to bank account same time they said to contact sbi bank.
But SBI Bank Customer care told me to visit bank so i skipped it. But after 2 days the refund got credited into bank account.
31 days passed.
But i have used debit card for Top-up account, You did the same or using UPI ?
In my case, ticket raised with them on 25th Nov and they resolved on 29th Dec.
No more business with PhonePe.

The thing here is you don’t want to contact your bank. In case of failed transactions i drop an email to the Merchants immediately and then wait for 5-7 working days. If i don’t receive the refund after 5-7 days i drop an email to the bank & if needed submit a written complaint with the bank and i get the refund in due time. In my case also it was a government.
Hmm. I need to go Bank, Only they can help me in this matter.
Also its a good teach for me to not to transact at Phonepe app (I Never face such problem in last 3 years)

Then again they said they will check with their backend team and get back to me.
Theen few days later i got a callback saying that they have found my money add it was with their bank and they told me that they have initiated a refund and it would reach me in 7 working days.
I never emailed them or anything , just tweeted.
They are Really Fraud People, I think they don’t have Backend-Team for Failed Transaction queries, also they don’t have High number of users with Failed transaction But Still they are not solving users problem.

Money Refunded in 5 days after Filling a Chargeback claim form at Bank (Approx 37 days eated) I am suggest to all of you to not to do transaction at PhonePe app with Debit card However you can do via UPI Transaction.

Raise complaint in bank they’ll resolve with in 7working days if not you can mail to nodal officer if it not solved with in 30 days complaint to banking ombudsman
Same here bro my transaction was done on 3rd may of 6667 still waiting for refund. Phonepe asks statement says we will get back to you. Then says contact your bank. I contacted bank then bank says contact your upi service provider. And I am messing with both of them from 45 days and still my money is somewhere in the network and I don’t know where
I have withdrawn 2600 amount from phonepe wallet to u bank account. UTR No was provided like your amount transferred to your bank successful. But
Amount Not yet credited to my bank.
I have gave them a bank statement too.
Problem still not yet solved.

I finally got my money back after 8 days! I paid via PhonePe with SBI Debit card which was showing successful in PhonePe but failed at Flipkart.
There was no email, notification of this failed transaction. I did new transaction without PhonePe which was successful. I contacted PhonePe to get my money back but they said its with Flipkart and Flipkart strongly denied of receiving any money via PhoneCart. After many calls and many tickets and social reviews I finally got my money in PhonePe today. Guess what it was indeed with Flipkart! My only advise is avoid payments of big amount via PhonePe to Flipkart, Pay directly to Flipkart or prefer COD.

on 16th Oct 2017 i paid Rs 8538 via PhonePe with HDFC credit card ( Transaction ID 1710161229228743340422) which was successful in PhonePe but payment didnt go through at flipkart. i immediately contacted flipkart and they said money will be refunded in 8 hours but till now it has not.
i did new transaction direct to flipkart for same products. but my previous transaction for Rs8538 is still stuck somewhere, i contacted both parties, flipkart said they havent received any money and phonepe asked me to contact flipkart but flipkart claimed they have not received any money, then phonepe asked me to contact bank, bank clarified through email that phonepe has received money.
its nearly impossible to get to talk with PhonePe on customer care their all people are busy to talk other customers.

on 1st September i transfer money..it get failed but also debited.. but its going to 29 days and my money is not credited on my acc..tranjuction id is – P1809010009590890945002..then i call phone pe they told me wait for 7 days..they didn’t pay my money.. then again i call after 7 days then they said wait for 5 days.. again i call after 5days they said please wait for 4 days again..and when the days are came to end they will say wait for 4 days or 5 days..now recently oneday they told me that money was not deducted it is not they are fault please check, it is bank problem..then i filled charge back from but bank says that we already send the money to service provider..but phone pe still ignoring it..and now their are no reply from them..i send emails them but…..they take time 27 sep to resolve it..but they are not responding me… please please please help me..i am a student.. it is very hope less.

There wil be a customer dispute form available with banks for these type of complains. Previously axis bank provided this kind of solution for me . Fill that and complain at your bank. They will take care of remaining…
