Hi Friends,

On 5th December i have added Rs 5000 through debit card, after Payment page i am redirected to Phonepe but transaction was failed from Phonepe.

Now I have raised complaints several times through their Phone & Twitter but still didn’t get any refund from phonepe.

Also They ask Bank statment 2 times, i have provided them but still No Solution.

What Should i do now ? I am really bored with this process.

Same happened to me. Just message them via CONTACT US in app, they will reply. I was told to wait for 5 days to refund back to source bank a/c.

Just request call back from app. They will call u and yr queries will be sorted out.

This is common, happens on all ewallets and sites, they will refund u not to worry.

How many days passed?

Same thing happened to me, the amount was not instantly reversed. I tried contacting Phonepe they said if transaction fails the amount gets directly credited back to bank account same time they said to contact sbi bank.

But SBI Bank Customer care told me to visit bank so i skipped it. But after 2 days the refund got credited into bank account.

31 days passed.

But i have used debit card for Top-up account, You did the same or using UPI ?

i used UPI.

But if 30 days passed its very serious issue, You should raise your voice on Twitter.

In my case, ticket raised with them on 25th Nov and they resolved on 29th Dec.

No more business with PhonePe.

The thing here is you don’t want to contact your bank. In case of failed transactions i drop an email to the Merchants immediately and then wait for 5-7 working days. If i don’t receive the refund after 5-7 days i drop an email to the bank & if needed submit a written complaint with the bank and i get the refund in due time. In my case also it was a government.

Hmm. I need to go Bank, Only they can help me in this matter.

Also its a good teach for me to not to transact at Phonepe app (I Never face such problem in last 3 years)

Bro same happened with me.
I tried rupizo vcc on phone pe, after entering all details, after entering otp, my money got debited from rupizo but in phonepe it showed as ’ invalid card’.
Contacted their support, they told me that they havent recieved my money. I told them that the miney got debited from my account and that to give me reference id. They told me as the transaction was a failed transaction no reference ID was generated. I told him idc i want reference id. They told me they would check with their backed team once again and would get back to me. After few days i got a call saying they have confirmed that they didnt get my money.
I had a fight with them on twitter, then they asked me to provide bank statement, i told them straight away that i did the transaction through rupizo vcc and that there is no provision for statements in Rupizo E wallet
I haven’t told them that I need the reference ID as a proof that my transaction has failed.

I never emailed them or anything , just tweeted.

They are Really Fraud People, I think they don’t have Backend-Team for Failed Transaction queries, also they don’t have High number of users with Failed transaction But Still they are not solving users problem.

Money Refunded in 5 days after Filling a Chargeback claim form at Bank (Approx 37 days eated) I am suggest to all of you to not to do transaction at PhonePe app with Debit card However you can do via UPI Transaction.

For UPI Transaction also same thing happens, when transaction failed the amount don’t get credited back to account instantly. Some times it takes days, week and even months.
