Phonepe / Paytm business smart speaker Fraud

Phonepe doesn't chrge anything, but after 7 months the machine was not taking charge, called the person,he took 400₹ replaced it with new amitabh bachan voice (irritating) and said now if u exchange no charge will be taken.

We have a Phonepe speaker for more than a year but I never saw it debit anything nor does it show the speaker connected in-app,

I saw many people tell it charges 125 per month but there's nothing in our app.

As every new speaker will have free charges for 5-6 months....your last speaker completed that free period and now you got a new speaker which will have the same offer for a few months ig....but if they consider date of your first speaker only and u got this speaker recently ( within a month ) , wait for 30 days to get completed and you'll see

I was checking in another number where I normally use and it wasn't showing but when I downloaded the app in my main number which was registered it showed billing of 117rs from past three months looks like I'll also have to close this, why should we pay when the phone speaker itself does the same job and also shows in lock screen for free?

Will somehow have to catch hold of that agent who sold the speaker he told it was free but didn't tell it was only for a few months.
