Phonepe switch 100% off coupons not working on old account

The phonepe switch 100% cashback upto 75/100 for first ever transaction on phonepe switch were used to work for old account with previous transaction.
Today i placed order with phonepe i had 1 such offer it was showing in switch app(grofers) and even the banner came up on payment page still no cashback received for the transaction.
Anyone used such coupon today or going to use let me know if it’s working for not.
I cancelled the order and placed again still no cashback.
I paid 144 total out of which 75 was from wallet and 27 from FreeCharge wallet is there anything to do with this if anyone have idea about it.

Talked to customer support they said you are not eligible for cashback.
I have used these codes before they work fine and cashback is received immediately.
