Phonepe txn successful but amount not credited to bank account

ryt now it was not instant.. it is taking some hour’s to credit to bank

Phonepe currently not showing balance in bank account as well as not allowing to add into wallet

Got my money in bank account after 12 hours

Money transfer from wallet to bank showing successful, but money not credited to bank account.

Can u plz tell me that when did u do the transfer ?
In morning or evening ?

Doesn’t matter at what time you log in, I have experienced this again after the above experience. This time transfer was to Icici and the transfer showed as successful in phonepe but never reached my account for around 4-5 days, after that the amount was recredited back to my phonepe wallet, which I again send back to bank which agon took around 2 days, during this time I never contacted phonepe, so not sure what the issue was.

I transfered phonepe to bank yesterday evening and credited today morning

same thing is happening with me and now 4 days happened and amount is not credited to my account and transaction is still showing successful…
please help guys

Same happened to me and its already being more than 48 hours, Amount deducted and the transaction was successful but amount not reached to the receiver’s bank yet. Since it was an urgent transaction for the receiver whom I sent the amount. I am really fed up

Same problem here. On 20-Sep-2018, Transferred 35000₹ HDFC to Federal bank. Both are my bank accounts, its been 3 days payment not credited. PhonePe not helping they are keep saying money credited to beneficiary bank. Beneficiary bank says they are not aware of any credit of money. Sender bank says as it is third party upi app payment they cant track it. I’m kind of stuck here.Whats the procedure for getting refund, where should i complaint to get my money back ?

Booked a mobile in flipkart I paid in phonepe 25th october 2018 but i canceled that order flipkart seller is refunded but phonepe not refunded in my account what can i do plz

Even I faced the same problem ,till now it’s not resolved.

The most reliable of all UPI apps seem to be google. I was going to delete it but nothing else comes even close. If a transaction fails the money is not deducted. And it tells you it failed in a few hours. I hate the thing but what else to do? It just uses a lot of storage as well. Although in time all the other UPI apps will send the money back and such.. You never know if it went through or not and what to do next etc.. I also like it that they are very security conscious and keep track of a lot of things. Unlike PayTM and such, they give a full detailed information on both sender and receiver. I was surprised to see so much info on my failed payment to Uber..

after this incident your money had been credited to your account. because my money status is showing successful in phone pe but money is not credited to receiver account

It is just amazing that so many people have trouble and problems and yet you find people like this keep using it and then complaing about it.
