I never load wallet anyway. not safe to keep money in it. always pay via UPI and only use wallet for getting cashback and use the cashback at the earliest.

I heard some cases about wallet money used by hackers for doing recharge , after that I am also keeping my wallet balance very low.

I don’t see any requirement for doing full KYC of phonepe..
Cashback won’t stop, balance can be used at merchants..
Most users don’t topup wallet..spending is done via UPI, CARD.. Wallet is used just for cashback.
