May be u might he read book name – The victory project by Mr. saurabh mukhrjea. Read book completely you will understand what’s importance of book states. To cut too much noise and distractions a Must book to read.
Update: Due to recent hacking issue 🩸 did not sign out just to stay on watch 👀. This happened for a couple of weeks. Realised that my self control is back to what it was and there is no mindless craving to surf the net and the infinity scroll of content. There is no reduction in my reading run-rate of books 📚. So am very satisfied and will continue to be online. +ve side effect is able to capitalise once a while on blink-and-miss deals. You may see me online but I may be delayed ⏳ to respond since I will be visiting this quite infrequently. TY 🙌🏻 everyone for your good wishes – they have definitely contributed to this happy outcome 🙂

Books are way better than internet(only downside is: they are tougher to hide. You just need to close the browser in secret mode for internet).
Our brains are hardwired for addiction so that control is important. I am glad you chose books.
