SAIC MG Hector sharp Hybrid 1.5 litre petrol engine.
Specifications are good.
Main point- Forward Wheel Drive.
143HP engine. Weight of vehicle 1633 kg.
The engine is BS 4 compliant. They are releasing BS 6 complaint engine in January 2020 as per rumours. Most probably they would offer discount on the BS 4 compliant engine varient at that time.

If you are planning to use it for city drives only then go for DCT instead of Hybrid Variant.
Just check once the servicing costs.
There are too many upcoming cars releasing between December 2019 to February 2020. So, it would be better to wait in my opinion.
MG RX5
Tata Gravitas

DCT has two model, sharp and smart. I guess you are talking about smart model and tata is not my type (tata indigo was our first car 🙃)  thanks btw

If you are super rich then it’s ok…otherwise don’t forget to check the price of some important spare parts of mg Hector..for example
I got trapped in Fiat avventura …if maruti front wipers cost 350 for a pair..then Fiat avventura costed me 2300 for pair…

If you enjoy driving car, then go for kia seltos else mg hector is also good. Personally, I would prefer kia seltos more than hector

Actually the body and some specs disappointed me like they do not have 360 degree camera and some air bag issue

Top end variant has a lot of features even more so than MG hector.
I found only a few of them useful most are just gimmicky atleast for me.
HUD display or whatever that is called is quite useless.
Ventilated seats, air purifier, tyre pressure monitors, 360° camera views , ambient light, Bose sound system are all good and useful.
You can also checkout Tata harrier.
Both are good cars.
Make sure you buy bs6 variants now as it’s likely as pollution and climate gets more challenging government is most likely to regulate older gen vehicles first ( just speculating )

Many youtube videos are there on Seltos vs Hector .
After watching them, i felt Seltos has more mileage, better 20-80 kmph(talking about Petrol Auto) speed , good at turnings.
——
On the other hand, MG hector looks  like an SUV(looks huge right). Good at worse roads than the Kia , better sound system and ofcourse more space in rear seats.

Watch some youtube videos from channels like Autocar india, ZigWheels etc…..
