There were many fraud cases going in mobikwik the site is infested with fraudsters
I was getting many calls telling that a transaction has been done from your account to confirm it press 1.
The fraudsters are using many numbers and automatic voices to look more realistic.
If you leave your number on their twitter site you will get immediately call , but from not mobikwik support but fraudsters. They will feing as Mobikiwk support and try to extract data.

One should refrain from posting order details or mobile number or email ids on social media sites while complaining to any company.
There are many fake handles who impersonate as real to get the confidence of users and scam them ultimately.

So, instead of putting data out there in public, one should be careful with their actions. I know I'm sounding harsh but it is what it is.
Why would anyone close their MobiKwik account for it? If that's the case, one shoulw leave India, infact the planet Earth as fraudsters will continue to exist since cyber fraud is the easiest way to mint money.

Mobikwik asking me to verify kyc in a already verified account, not letting me use wallet balance also and customer care reply with automatic shit answers, its better to uninstall it anyway

I use mobikwik just for credit card bill payments for % cashbacks. Mobikwik is knowing about the IVR frauds but still not taking any action to patch the loophole.

Recently i paid cc bill of amount ₹9985 using SBI Debit Card and i received three calls within 10 minutes from SBI asking for confirmation and they told me that transaction seems to be fraud case. And if call not attended then your card will be blocked and have to visit Home Branch for unblocking the card.
