Could be a case of a really good doctor but cant maintain the hospital if he is not charging exorbitant rates. And a lot of people give negative ratings just based on the look and feel of the place rather than the attitude/knowledge of the doctors
My mother had a broken shoulder surgery at a small pvt hospital and the good doctor who owns the place used to lament how hard it is to find and retain staff and run the place on a tight budget.

My mother has been dealing with significant lung issues for many years (but not serious just constant cough), and her condition worsened due to COVID-19. Dr. Ravi has been treating her, and thankfully, she is doing much better by God's grace.
PS: I wanted to share the address, but after checking Google, I found that the reviews are quite negative. While we had a positive experience overall, I must admit that the hospital's conditions were subpar, even worse than those of government hospitals. Despite this, we were satisfied with the care we received.
