Please help Ordered Red Tape Jacket from Myntra

Dimers please help me, I placed an order on myntra for Red Tape Jacket for Rs. 1850 and yesterday i received the product but the product is in damaged condition and immediately after receiving the product, I raised the return request because the same size was not available for exchange. Now when delivery person came and I show him the product, he say that he cannot pick up my product as its damaged and I have to approval from Myntra first for pick up. Now cc guy raised complaint and give me 25.01.20 date for decision.
Now please tell me what is this happen, I am in big dilemma seeing this practice.
Please help….
