Please refrain buying from pepperfry, worst company
All the Users, please refrain from using pepperfry. You have better options available like amazon, flipkart, fwd and others. Pepperfry is a trap. They will show you different stuff on site and send other. I have ordered Beige color sofa order# 305049613that suits my interior but they have sent dark yellow one
with one cushion missing and when I called them they keep arguing thats its beige. And were told thay cant do anything. Their customer care and personnel are really pathetic and have no. customer sense.
I really request you all to not fall in trap with discount or offers as product is not worthy.

Also, they don’t have a cancellation policy and their customer care would not entertain you. They don’t even forward the call to their superiors on request. I ordered a bed and wanted to change the payment method by cancelling and placing the order again. They denied cancellation even within 15 mins of the order placing.
I already boycotted Pepperfry due to its worst no returns policy already from almost 2 years, waste – worst and bogus website to avoid for online shopping is Pepperfry
Peperrfry has refused to return or replace wrong mattress recommended at the time of buying King bed from them. Now they are refusing to replace. We were nit accepting the same while delivery, but the delivery men said it will be replaced put online complain and took the delivery receipt. Now they are refusing to replace for their own fault. The company is cheater and no IPo can be aubaribe for such looting company

Write to them and tweet them. Or go ahead and file a case in consumer court.
The problem with PF is
1. they do not own up their seller’s mistakes
2. they have no control on their sellers
You must buy only branded items like Nilkamal, style spa,..etc
Bought two Mattresses this month 1-Nilkamal and 1-Clouddio and both are as shown in pics and quality as expected.
Although Clouddio is their own brand and no reviews available still took a plunge as the discount was huge. Now I can say their brand mattresses are good.
Delivery took almost 20 days with no tracking till items reach your city..
