You have to login to 360 platform and redeem from there, then if will reflect in your next statement. Read your card terms and conditions bro

Validity is 1 year, not sure and you have to redeem first time maybe 1000 or 1200 points and after that in the multiple of 500.

There are limits on this depending on your subscription type: individual vs corporate/psu/govt. I think for psu/govt employees such switch is limited to 2 times in a financial year.

Earlier 2 switch per year was allowed. Effective from July 22, 4 per year is allowed. Applicable for all, no distinction for PSU/Govt.

Allocation was 60-25-15 since start of covid lockdown. Revised allocation to 15-60-25 this month. Will increase equity again when markets cool down.
