Please suggest a good phone under 15000

Need a good phone under 15000 for my mother.

Basic routine use. Want good display, camera and good network reception. NO gaming.
Intend to use it for 3-4 years.
So many phone launches keep creating the confusion!

I’m considering between Redmi Note 10, Moto G40 and Samsung F41.

Please suggest best among these. Or if there’s any better option coming in one month period.
