Literally everywhere in most semi-urban, urban places too.. you can find cattle excrement.
The same can be composted to form fertile manure.
Should one find it tedious to themselves compost leftover veggies or other stuff.. then look nearby.. some people or small businesses might surely be doing it.

Even in countries claiming to have robust regulation.. it often was left to the farmers/ corporates to use uncontaminated water for irrigation.
But that is not how it works,
and many a times the manure gets mixed up and spread all over the greens.. some of which are consumed raw (uncooked).
