Please suggest laptop under 50k. (with exchange option available)

Some high level requirements:
1. Mostly office work. (zoom calls and some light apps)
2. Watching movies
3. Good battery backup
4. Longevity. (Should be lag free for atleast 3-4 years.)
5. Brand (essentially I need a decent customer support if needed.)
I have an old 2014 macbook air for exchange. i am getting around 17k off in amazon and around 14k off in flipkart. Hence, I am willing to spend around 35k after exchange.
Would be grateful if you can give some good suggestions.

I am here, just to recommending to prefer Amazon over Flipkart for ease exchange process. In last month Flipkart Wish master rejected my laptop to be exchanged, claiming error in delivery app.
However, Amazon guy politely checked and accepted laptop to be exchanged without any issue. All the best.
By the way, you can prefer Acer Nitro i5 9th edition laptop from Amazon.
