Accidently broke K20 PRO screen and MI service center say they do not have the screen available and its not going to come. They are offering me that I can exchange it with new NOTE 10 Pro Max with 3 month warranty and by paying the cost of LCD which is 9850.
Is it really worth ? and how both phone’s camera compare?

Even under if it is warranty i think broken screen are not covered under warranty if special warranty provided for screen damage.

Redmi K20 pro was much better terms Note pro Max in terms of performance even though it though I would say you are getting good offer if they are giving you a brand new Redmi note 10 pro MaX. BtW redmi K20 original screen price is around 8K. My friend broke K20 pro screen. Got quoted 8K+ replacement price. He sold out his phone with clone display on OLX.

Its 8k + tax+ service charge = 9800 (confirmed online and from multiple service center)
I am getting clone display for 4200 so I have another option of doing that and exchanging for some other new phone. Exchange price is 10-12 I think,
Dont want to sell on OLX and try to fool someone.

You weren’t using any tempered glass protector and/or a case? My Redmi Note 3 suffered more than a dozen falls from various heights and still it’s LCD didn’t suffer a single scratch. Only a couple of hairline cracks in the tempered glass. Although the touchscreen stopped working after the last fall…

was using tampered earlier which use to get cracked every now and again as we have small baby so it keeps falling.
