Plz don't buy Jio phone online at any cost .I t will be nothing more than a nightmare

I did this mistake and paid the price .Ordered for someone .Received msg next day kindly visit Jio store to collect the phone .I thought they deliver phones at homes itself as jio phone is easily available in near by stores at same rates .Then i visited Jio store and they kept me waiting for 45 mins .Finally they said we sended OTP to the number .and guess what after everything got done they told our system saying No voucher exist in our system .They said we can’t do anything in this regard .and you have to contact jio and the issue remain unsolved add to it the harassment you have to face. I request you guys don’t order Jio phone online by any mistake .

What to return? They gave nothing ..just sms on phone that go to store and collect ..Money already paid…and yes already complained on twitter ..But the whole point is don’t buy online ..as you yourself have to go to store and collect yourself ..and also face other harassment .

This whole online concept is meant for gifting purposes …If this gifting thing itself is nothing less than harassment why to waste time on this thing …Offline nearby stores[general mobile stores] are much more smoother thing at same rates itself …SO, don’t use this online thing for gifting purposes.It will be disgusting to use
When I bought the Jio phone, I received the phone physically and then I had to visit the nearest Jio store for activation.
