Returned 3 products, amazon refunded from there side n also sent me the reference number from there side But ICICI bank people are saying we are not received any money from amazon. amazon asking me to raise the dispute by going to ICICI bank or through custmer care and ICICI saying we not received any money n the issue is from their, so won’t raise the dispute n go n ask amazon. confused

Refund issued on Oct 24th 2019 & ICICI Debit card used for Payment

What i have to do now to get my refund (3000rs) pensive pensive pensive

If there is much delay there may be a release refund issue from bank side… Go to branch… Meet manager he will have access to release it if any

Ask Amazon to give you refund’s transaction reference number so that you can follow up with icici.

they already gave reference number, but icici asking transaction number pensive

Hey Buddy, I will ask you to a simple thing. Write an application from your end to ICICI Branch manager. You explain him/her the issue. Then you make him sign stating that, I am BM of ICICI, and I here by declare that we have not yet received any money as refund to our client’s account. Make BM put his official stamp on it. Scan the letter and send it to the Amazon CC. And please check the bank statements a bit closely, ask a friend verify that. Actually bank people are so busy, they won’t have time to do these tracking stuff. Maybe the payment did not get processed from Amazon’s end. So, do this and you might get your issue resolved soon.
Ask for ICICI’s regional appellate authority. You will definitely get help.
It happened with me 3 years back with SBI card. ICICI is listening to you SBI BM did not even listen to me. I had to put a complain, then the BM listened to me. He signed my app. I had to send it to cc. And it got resolved. smile
