A person will come on the vkyc link , ask your details, take your pic and you need to sign in front of the representative ....then only process will be complete .
Process is smooth and we can appreciate that inspite of so many bottlenecks govt banks are trying to catch up .

It wasn't smooth.
Book a time slot for kyc. Say from 1020 to 1040. The page says pnb officer will cll u during this time ,but they never called me . But just around 1041 ,after your time slot is over, u will get an option to call the executive, then u can talk to them and complete the kyc.
