PNB Debit card blocked and not able to transfer money

since 31st december my PNB debit card is blocked and i am not able to transfer money to my other account using imps or neft
it show this message Transaction with reference id failed during processing, due to Transaction not allowed.

Heard chipless card wont work from this month onwards. Have you tried withdrawing money using that card ?
Try adding very small amount (say rs.10) in paytm or any wallet services using your card and check its status.
