I was previously using the PNB One app on my old phone, and it worked flawlessly. However, since switching to my new Poco F6 5G, I've been experiencing connectivity issues. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message saying, 'Unable to process your request. Please try again later.'
The problem is with this particular model only.
Anybody knows workaround for this??

Apparently the old device i have has Android 11 and new one has A14 the app version is same

is that the EXACT same apk/ version as the one in the previous device?
