Poco M2 has following on backside:
India SAR 1g limit 1.6W/Kg
Head:.854 W/Kg
Body: 0.417 W/Kg

Are these max values in India or values of POCO M2 itself? Confused.

The answer is available in your question itself..
First line is about max permissible limit
Second and third line is the value of your poco m2 phone.
India has fixed a sar value and all mobile instruments should pass this norm.. then only they can sell here. The sar value of the mobile may or may not vary globally.

Thanks for clarification. I thought all are Indian standard limits listed on phone.

Can anyone explain me these ratios(SAR, head etc) values and importance in simple language?

you may want to start by checking the sub-heading “I have a choice between two phones. Is the one with a lower SAR value safer to use?” here at https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00251037. it (SAR) is one (of the many other) factors that can impact live tissues.
like all micro waves, radio frequencies (emitted in nature, universe) the ones emitted by electronics too might/does get absorbed by living beings.
usually limited exposure or exposure of certain organs/parts is less of sn issue than others.
for example, many fraud/scam companies sell products (bracelets, night time eye pad/masks, even clothing) which they claim as releasing negatively chsrged ions (to help cleanse us).
but in reality, many of those companies just mix a little Thorium, which releases its radioactivity as per its half life.
so long as someone does not inhale small particles/dust directly into lungs or drinks/eats anything that got such radiation
the skin (one of the biggest organs) does a fairly good job of protecting our internals.
obviously Thorium is next to Uranium in the periodic table and radioactive.
but normal electronic instrument RF waves are hardly anything.

but still, the lesser the better.
