Poco M2 has following on backside:
India SAR 1g limit 1.6W/Kg
Head:.854 W/Kg
Body: 0.417 W/Kg

Are these max values in India or values of POCO M2 itself? Confused.

The answer is available in your question itself..
First line is about max permissible limit
Second and third line is the value of your poco m2 phone.
India has fixed a sar value and all mobile instruments should pass this norm.. then only they can sell here. The sar value of the mobile may or may not vary globally.

Thanks for clarification. I thought all are Indian standard limits listed on phone.

Can anyone explain me these ratios(SAR, head etc) values and importance in simple language?

you may want to start by checking the sub-heading “I have a choice between two phones. Is the one with a lower SAR value safer to use?” here at https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00251037. it (SAR) is one (of the many other) factors that can impact live tissues.
like all micro waves, radio frequencies (emitted in nature, universe) the ones emitted by electronics too might/does get absorbed by living beings.
usually limited exposure or exposure of certain organs/parts is less of sn issue than others.
for example, many fraud/scam companies sell products (bracelets, night time eye pad/masks, even clothing) which they claim as releasing negatively chsrged ions (to help cleanse us).
but in reality, many of those companies just mix a little Thorium, which releases its radioactivity as per its half life.
so long as someone does not inhale small particles/dust directly into lungs or drinks/eats anything that got such radiation
the skin (one of the biggest organs) does a fairly good job of protecting our internals.
obviously Thorium is next to Uranium in the periodic table and radioactive.
but normal electronic instrument RF waves are hardly anything.

but still, the lesser the better.

The radiation in which mobile transmits between the device and cell towers and its absorption rate is Calculated as per human tissue in head and body level. The exposure to higher limits will tends to damage the tissue incase of excessive usage of cellphones.
In simple lower the SAR value will be considered as safe device.. but any device which is below Indian standard limit will be equally good.

Got to know 1st time about fake companies mixes radioactive elements in ornaments, wearables, etc just for the sake of some profits and risk people lives in long term.
If
Poco M2 has following on backside:

Body: 0.417 W/Kg

Means Head living cells absorbs .854 watt per kg of bodyweight in poco m2
.
And body living cells absorbs 0.417 watt per kg of bodyweight in poco m2.

Whereas permissible limit is 1.6 W/kg

Is am i right?

flushed If u still not understood means it may be my english grammar mistake laughing

SAR = Specific Absorption Rate
When using cellphones the device will emit radiation while receiving signal from cell tower.
India has kept a standard value for that.. (1.6 W/kg in 1g tissue mass)
All mobiles SAR value must be below this standard level.. else it should not be sold in India.
Its calculated for head tissue and body tissue separately for all mobile devices and printed on mobile. (you can check yours by dialing *#07#)
lower the SAR value will be considered as safe device.. but any device which is below Indian standard limit will be equally good.
