That’s not true.
I took my Poco M2 pro to MI authorized service center last week. They didn’t say anything, accepted the warranty claim politely and willingly.
When we unpack a mobile box, there’s a warranty card inside, it’s clearly mentioned in it that Xiaomi service center will accept all warrant claims.
Maybe they are not writing this info in the latest Poco phones, IF that’s the case then Mi svc won’t take it.
