I have been ordering from Amazon India for years to purchase items for many schools in Northern India. I am sick and tired of dealing with the incompetence. Deliveries that constantly get lost, or they send wrong item. Sellers that lie about product and post one more high quality product to receive a low quality product with the price raised, even with price scratched out on packaging trying to disguise the rip off. TO AMAZON NOW NEVER BEING ABLE TO CHAT WITH SOMEONE. YOU ONLY GET A COMPUTERIZED MESSAGING CHAT ROBOT AND NEVER A REAL PERSON WITH CONCERN FOR YOU BUSINESS! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SUCH POOR SERVICE!

All these FK/Amz are now reduced to just bill payment and mobile sellers. Purchasing other items is testing luck.
I do not think they can sustain in the near future because of uncertainty associated with online purchase and pathetic customer care.
Appliances often come with minor dents or different model/color or some accessories missing, liquid items come diluted, even food items come damaged like crushed biscuits.
I am with them because of discounts and surely not because of comfort.
