Need suggestions for Portable document scanner , preferable flatbed .

PC free operation , with memory card support or wifi support or mail / cloud support .

Operation should be as easy as putting document , press a button , scanned image gets saved on memory card or cloud or anything .

Single button press operation ... no PC dependency or other device dependency .

Kindly suggest .

Need is to scan 50-100 small size document everyday and keep in record .. operated by any person with zero computer knowledge .

Another option is to click image by mobile phone .. but that is very messy .

Doc scanner on Android smartphones do this job easily. But since you are looking for a specific type of scanner without the knowledge of operating computers, this won't help you. Let's see what others say.

i am not marketing Canon, nor the imageFORMULA P-215II Scan-tini https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/products/details/scanners/document-scanner/imageformula-p-215ii
can take papers much wider than the A4 size (8.27 inch) width.
Well it can take upto 8.5 inch width.

But given your regular requirement and hassle free use condition by staff or others, something similar is worth a dekko.

Actually it is an older product from the Covid-19 era/year and Canon themselves have other options too.

But i remember having fiddled around with it (not in India).

Unfortunately although such products (as required by you) work fine (without the immediate need of a computer)
they often cost as much as a regular multi-function device.
There are brands and models aplenty in this category too.
And although Canon are amongst top two or three in optics (photographs), you mentioned that your/end-user's primary requirement is for documents only.
Thus some Chinese knock-off, clones too might do the job.

Those handheld ones someone mentioned above, have a learning curve and not that user friendly. Or at-least i do not have that much steady hand.
Even to scan 4-5 pages was a chore.
