Transaction failed but money debited .
Bank claims money is claimed by merchant.
I made complaint on consumer forum but postpe not giving damn about it either.
What to do?
I have sent like 9 mails to postpe.
But haven't received refund yet.

why postpe it’s giving only 0.5% CB , why not HDFC Bill desk/Jupiter DC+UPI they give 1% cb
Tweet to Ashneer Groven or Tag him along with Postpe People, he is replying to most of the users and blaming company management for such kind of experience to customers, he is like a mediator now😄

no chargeback system in postpe? Like we have in credit card where merchant has to do product or service proof that txn was done.

but i love their discount and random offfer , and most of them give 1 month payment time more then what CC offfers,

Despite having amex card in a tier-1 city if you feel tempted by such discounts/random offers & 1 more month for payment then I think you need to take a serious look at your spending pattern/earning first.
Their customer care is non existent. Just don’t care to respond at all. Anyone know the procedure to close the account like email id. I can’t enter their app as they want me to accept their new lender to the existing card which I don’t want to. Website just takes to playstore.
i always wonder, how a such companies are born everyday and who will use their services for petty 50rs.

mobiwiki, in my case even after producing everything did not return my failed transaction on jiomart for sum of 1100. Then on i stopped using any wallets and just use amazon pay/upi if need arises.
I opted for bharatpe cause it’s convenient to pay at local upi merchants .

Postpe cards are a Joke, they gave me the limit of 5 lakh but joke is their annual limit is 2 lakh so once that is reached card is useless. Even if you clear the dues Annual limit will not reset.

46 th day and they still didn’t refund my money.
Consumer forum also didn’t do anything.
There is no platform to complaint.
Rbi website doesn’t have postpe merchant so can’t complaint there.
